BYO pork banh mi SAMMICHES

Reheating Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Remove the marinated pork from the vacuum sealed bag and leave in metal pan

  3. Cover pulled pork tightly with foil

  4. Place the pork in the oven, once oven has come to temp

  5. Reheat the pork for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked to 165 degree

  6. Alternate reheating for pork:

    1. In a medium sized sauté pan, heat 1 tbsp. of vegetable ​oil over medium high heat

    2. Add the marinated pork to the pan and stir for 5-10 minutes or until heated through

  7. Note: Pork is fully cooked and just needs to be reheated​ 

  8. Meanwhile, if you'd like the French Bread warm/toasted follow these steps

  9. Butter each half of the French Bread

  10. Heat a large non stick pan on medium high heat

  11. Add the French bread to the pan, cut side down, over medium high heat

  12. Once golden brown, remove the buns from the pan, about 1-2 minutes

  13. Remove the pork from the oven or from the sauté pan

  14. Spread the Sriracha Mayo on the French bread and top with marinated pork shoulder, top with veggies and drizzle 1 tbsp of Teriyaki glaze over veggies

  15. Serve Banh Mi with potato chips

  16. Enjoy!
