We cater all types of corporate events, meetings and parties. Our Catering menu offers inventive solutions to satisfy every palate and budget. Our Boxed Lunch Menu is perfect for meetings and supplying a meal service to your team members. We also have seasonal features that are perfect for parties and corporate event gatherings.
HOW CAN I REQUEST A CATERING QUOTE?
Our Catering Concierge will help you plan your event with any budget. All you need to do is call us at (720) 633-9058 or send us an email at email@example.com. Once you provide us with all of the details for your event, our concierge will send you a customized proposal so you can review it before you commit to the event.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO PLACE MY ORDER?
We require 24 hours’ notice for most catering orders. For orders that require onsite service or are larger than $2,000.00 we require 72 hours’ notice. We are happy to take all of your order information as far in advance as the information is available. Knowing about an event as early as possible greatly helps us plan and fulfill your requests. On occasion we may close online ordering if we are booked out for a specific day. In that scenario, we request that you call us to see if we can accommodate your order.
We will make every effort to accommodate any last minute or emergency catering orders. However, if we can accommodate the order, an additional 10% service fee will be applied to your order.
WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY RADIUS FOR CATERING ORDERS?
We will accommodate deliveries at a maximum of 20 miles driving distance from our location in Centennial, CO. This area encompasses the South Denver Metro and surrounding areas. If your event is outside of our normal delivery radius, please call us at (720) 633-9058 for availability.
CAN I PICKUP MY CATERING ORDER?
Absolutely! If you would prefer to pick up your catering order, let us know what your expected pickup time is, and we will have your order ready for you. Our address is:

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
We will make every effort to accommodate changes to your event. However, we request a minimum of 2 days if the guest count needs to be adjusted, if there is a change to the time of delivery, if the event date changes, if the delivery location has changed, or if there are necessary menu adjustments due to allergy modifications. If the event is received within 48 hours, is equal to or greater than $500.00, and the headcount is reduced, there may be additional ancillary charges to the client to cover any expenses related to the pre-procurement of product for the event. In the event that last minute adjustments need to be accommodated we request that you email your changes to email@example.com or contact our Catering Concierge at your earliest convenience directly at (720)633-9058.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
We understand that unforeseen circumstances occur and may result in an event cancellation. We will do everything we can to accommodate changes to your order and cancellations. That being said, if you need to cancel your order, we require the following:
EVENTS EQUAL TO OR LESS THAN $500
We require that you notify us within 24 hours of your event date if you wish to cancel your event. Typically, on events of this size, there are no required deposits, unless otherwise informed. However, if there are additional costs incurred to prepare for your event, you will be charged for those ancillary fees.
EVENTS GREATER THAN $500
We require that you notify us within 72 hours of the event date. All deposits will be returned in full if event is cancelled within the requested time frame. However, if we receive your cancellation notice after 72 hours, the deposit will not be refundable. Additionally, if there are additional costs incurred to prepare for your event, you will be charged for those ancillary fees. In the event of an order being received within 48 hours of order date, there may be additional ancillary charges to the client to protect the expenses incurred from immediate procurement of product for said event.
CANCELLATION BY CATERER
In the uncommon event that we are unable to fulfill your order, all deposits and prepayments will be refunded in full within two business days. Additionally, we will provide a suitable, replacement Caterer, subject to your approval.
If inclement weather occurs on the day of your event, we will require flexibility on your requested delivery window. If we are experiencing delays, our team will reach out to you in advance of your event to discuss all options.
WHAT ARE YOUR CATERING MINIMUMS?
We have a $100 minimum on all catering orders and a minimum of 8 people. On the weekends, our catering minimums are $350 per order.
CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE GUESTS WITH DIETARY RESTRICTIONS?
We can accommodate most dietary restrictions such as vegetarians, vegans, dairy free, nut free and gluten free. However, we do prepare all of our ingredients in an open kitchen setting and will let you know if we are unable to accommodate special or life-threatening allergens.
WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION?
Our regular hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 6am to 6pm for all catering deliveries and pickup orders. Our delivery windows do fill up quickly, so we ask that you give us as much advanced notice as possible. In the event that we cannot accommodate your delivery at the requested time, pickup is always available. If you let us know of a scheduling conflict as soon as possible we will do our best to accommodate your requested delivery window.
ARE YOU AVAILABLE ON THE WEEKENDS?
Please call our Catering Concierge for weekend availability. However, please note that there are different minimums for weekend catering. For weekend deliveries we require a $350.00 minimum on all orders.
DO YOU HAVE SPECIFIC DELIVERY TIMES OR DELIVERY WINDOWS?
We will do our best to deliver your order as close to your specified time. However, in order to accommodate all of our clients we have delivery windows in 30-minute intervals. We suggest that you select a delivery window that is as close to your requested delivery time as possible.
DO YOU HAVE A DELIVERY FEE?
Yes, we do charge a delivery fee based on the driving distance from our location in Centennial to your final delivery destination.
DO YOU HAVE A SERVICE FEE?
Yes, we do charge a service fee on all orders. The service fee percentage is decided by the type of service needed for the event. The service fee is calculated on the sub total of the event/service.
WHAT IS YOUR TIPPING POLICY?
We are no longer accepting tips. To ensure that our team is being accommodated appropriately for their work, a large percentage of the service fee goes directly to our team members.
WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT METHOD?
All payments may be made in the forms of credit card or corporate check unless Client has a current and active Corporate Credit Account with Lunch Wired. All check payments must be made payable to “LW1 LLC” and mailed to the following address:

Payment is due on the day of delivery unless you have a Corporate Credit Account with us or if otherwise agreed to with our Catering Concierge team.
