Remove the lid and label from the container before microwaving. (The label contains an RFID tag with metal and should not be microwaved.)

Remove the lid from the marinara sauce and pour over contents of container. Discard the cup after use.

Place the black-bottomed container in the microwave on high for 2 to 2½ minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

While the main container is reheating, toast the pita in a toaster oven at 350 degrees for 1 to 2 minutes, or until warmed to your liking.

If you're enjoying the Falafel Plate, we recommend placing the falafel in the toaster oven at 350 degrees for 3 to 5 minutes to maintain a crispy texture.

Once everything is heated, add the tomatoes and onions back to the dish and enjoy with hummus and tzatziki.
