Reheating Instructions
Oven Heating​

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Remove the plastic lid.

Heat in the aluminum pan provided or transfer to your own oven-safe casserole dish.

Add a splash of cream or milk and 1 tablespoon of butter.

You can also add a few tablespoons of stock if the potatoes need extra moisture.
-
Cover with foil.
Heat for 20 to 30 minutes, stirring once halfway through. -
Heat to an internal temperature of 165°F.

Notes
-
Cream, milk, butter, or a bit of stock will keep the potatoes from drying out and help maintain a smooth, creamy texture.
-
Most dishes are reheated at moderate temperatures (300 to 350°F).
