BYO pulled pork SAMMICHES

Reheating Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Remove the pulled pork from the vacuum sealed bag and leave in metal pan

  3. Cover pulled pork tightly with foil

  4. Remove the pan of Mac n'Chz from the vacuum sealed bag

  5. Leave the Mac n'Chz in the pan that it was packaged in

  6. Cover the Mac n'Chz with foil before placing in the oven

  7. Place the pulled pork in the oven, once oven has come to temp

  8. Reheat the pork for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked to 165 degree

  9. Place Mac n'Chz in the oven with the pulled pork and reheat for approximately 15-25 minutes

  10. Half way through, remove foil from the pasta and allow to brown and the cheese to melt and stir the pork 

  11. Meanwhile, if you'd like the Telera buns warm/toasted follow these steps

  12. Butter each half of the Telera buns

  13. Heat a large non stick pan on medium high heat

  14. Add the Telera buns to the pan, cut side down, over medium high heat

  15. Once golden brown, remove the buns from the pan, about 1-2 minutes

  16. Remove the pork and Mac n'Chz from the oven 

  17. Optional: toss pulled pork with BBQ Sauce or serve BBQ Sauce on the side

  18. Serve the pulled pork and mac n'chz w/toasted buns and fixings

  19. Enjoy!
