Yakitori chicken lettuce wraps

Reheating Instructions:

All items are fully cooked. reheating times may vary based on oven type, temperature accuracy and other variables. All foods should be reheated to an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit unless otherwise noted. You may check internal temperatures with a cooking thermometer. Insert thermometer into the center of the thickets part of the food to ensure the most accurate read.

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Remove the Chicken from the vacuum sealed bags and keep the chicken in the pan that it came in or place on a cookie sheet lined with tin foil or parchment paper

  3. Using a spoon or a pastry brush, glaze the yakitori chicken with 1-2 tbsp of the yakitori sauce

  4. When oven is preheated place chicken in the oven to reheat for approximately 20 - 30 minutes

  5. Half way through, flip the chicken and glaze again with the yakitori sauce (1 tbsp) 

  6. Remove the chicken from the oven

  7. We recommend slicing the chicken thighs into 1 inch thick strips

  8. To serve take a lettuce cup and fill with sliced chicken, fresh veggies, wanton strips, almonds and scallions and drizzle with more yakitori glaze and squeeze lime juice over the lettuce cup

  9. Enjoy!
