Our Catering Concierge will help you plan your event with any budget. All you need to do is call us at (720) 633-9058 or send us an email at catering@lunchwired.com. Once you provide us with all of the details for your event, our concierge will send you a customized proposal so you can review it before you commit to the event.

We require 24 hours' notice for most catering orders. For orders larger than $2,000 or those that need onsite service, we ask for 72 hours' notice. That said, we'll always try to accommodate last-minute or emergency orders when we can. If we're able to fit you in on short notice, an additional 10% service fee will apply. The earlier we know about your event, the better we can plan for it, so feel free to share details with us as soon as you have them. If our online ordering is closed for a specific day, give us a call at (720) 633-9058 and we'll see what we can do.

When you are ready to place your order, or are working on a quote with us, there will be some questions we will need you to be prepared for. What is the date of your event? Where will the event take place? Who will be the point of contact on the date of the event? What will the headcount be? Are there any special requests such as equipment rentals or onsite service? What is your budget? Are there are dietary or special menu requirements?
