Crispy Chicken Saltimbocca
Reheating Instructions:
-
Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Remove the Chicken and Peperonata from the vacuum sealed bags and keep chicken and peperonata in the pans that they came in
-
Cover pan with the peperonata with foil before placing it in the oven
-
When oven is preheated place chicken Saltimbocca and peperonata in the oven to reheat for approximately 20 - 30 minutes
-
Half way through, remove foil from the peperonata pan to lightly brown the peppers
-
Remove the chicken and peperonata from the oven
-
Meanwhile, toss the herb mixed green salad with the Balsamic Vinaigrette
-
We recommend slicing the chicken cutlets into 1 inch strips
-
Serve chicken with lemon wedges
-
Recommended serving size is 1 chicken cutlet per person
