Crispy Chicken Saltimbocca

Reheating Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees

  2. Remove the Chicken and Peperonata from the vacuum sealed bags and keep chicken and peperonata in the pans that they came in

  3. Cover pan with the peperonata with foil before placing it in the oven

  4. When oven is preheated place chicken Saltimbocca and peperonata in the oven to reheat for approximately 20 - 30 minutes

  5. Half way through, remove foil from the peperonata pan to lightly brown the peppers 

  6. Remove the chicken and peperonata from the oven

  7. Meanwhile, toss the herb mixed green salad with the Balsamic Vinaigrette

  8. We recommend slicing the chicken cutlets into 1 inch strips

  9. Serve chicken with lemon wedges

  10. Recommended serving size is 1 chicken cutlet per person

  11. Enjoy!
