Community Drop Off and Pickup Information
Online Orders for Pickup
If you have ordered through our online order portal and your order is for pickup, you will be notified by email as soon as it is ready. Orders placed for same day availability require a 2 hour preparation window but may be available sooner depending on current demands on our production facilities.
Phone Orders for Pickup
Clients ordering by phone will be advised of an approximate pickup time when placing the order.
Community Drop Off Orders
If your order is for a Community Drop Off, your Drop Off location and scheduled delivery time will have been advised when the Community Drop Off location has been established.
Orders for Community Drop Off need to be placed the day before they are required so that we can be sure to procure necessary product for bulk production but all meals are prepare the day of delivery so that you are assured of quality and freshness at all times.
How To Arrange for a Community Drop Off
If you live in a residential community with a common area (club house, office etc.) which can be used as a common drop off point, Lunch Wired would be delighted to add your community to our Community Drop Off program.
Community Drop Off is designed to provide you and your neighbors with a convenient central and close location where you can pick up our Family Meals, Individual Meals and Grocery Basics at a regular time and place while avoiding empty shelves, frustration and most importantly crowds in this time of social distancing. It protects both you, and our team members and helps limit contagion.
